5–6 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in civil construction and site supervision. Knowledge of high-voltage substation civil works. Ability to interpret approved construction drawings. Understanding of construction materials, specifications, and scope of work. Experience coordinating with contractors and monitoring project progress. Ability to ensure construction work meets client requirements.
