Civil Foreman

A Civil Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities at the project site.

The role includes managing skilled and unskilled workers, assigning tasks, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key responsibilities include interpreting civil and structural drawings, setting out work, supervising concrete, masonry, plastering, shuttering, reinforcement, excavation, and other civil works.

The Civil Foreman coordinates with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
