The role will be responsible for managing laboratory testing activities, ensuring compliance with quality and biosecurity standards, supporting disease surveillance and product quality programs, and maintaining accurate laboratory processes to support poultry health, food safety, and operational excellence.</p>

<li data-section-id="1klljfz" data-start="2272" data-end="2324">Strong leadership and team management capabilities.</li>

<li data-section-id="shhdmt" data-start="2644" data-end="2749">Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, biosafety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.</li>

<li data-section-id="1v52tu0" data-start="2750" data-end="2840">Supervise laboratory personnel and allocate resources to support operational priorities.</li>

<li data-section-id="9eufci" data-start="2841" data-end="2908">Review and approve laboratory test results and technical reports.</li>

<li data-section-id="mnl4v1" data-start="2909" data-end="3018">Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration, maintenance, and validation activities are performed.</li>

<li data-section-id="p0ws2i" data-start="3019" data-end="3129">Develop and maintain laboratory procedures, quality documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li>

<li data-section-id="10nbppp" data-start="3130" data-end="3223">Monitor laboratory performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li>

<li data-section-id="16om6du" data-start="3224" data-end="3333">Coordinate with production, hatchery, veterinary, and quality teams to support operational decision-making.</li>
