The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in feed mill operations, equipment, production systems, and raw materials, with a proven track record of managing feed manufacturing processes and optimizing plant performance.</p>

<li data-section-id="x6mkss" data-start="755" data-end="867">Hands-on experience with <strong data-start="782" data-end="866">raw materials, feed ingredients, formulations, and feed manufacturing operations</strong>.</li>

<li data-section-id="8chlf1" data-start="2166" data-end="2222">Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>
