IT Onsite Support Technician

We are looking for an On-Site IT Support Technician to provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support within a modern, Intune-managed workplace. Responsibilities include end-user support, device enrolment, Microsoft Intune, Company Portal, Microsoft 365, application deployment, and general hardware and software troubleshooting. The role also includes meeting room and collaboration support, including Microsoft Teams, video conferencing, displays, cameras, microphones, and connectivity troubleshooting. Strong technical skills and a professional, client-facing approach are essential. Previous experience within a corporate environment is required, ideally within a law firm or legal services environment.
