Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below: To hold a bachelor’s degree in microbiology, Meat /Poultry Science or related discipline and HACCP Certification. Minimum 3 years of experience in Microbiology, Meat / Poultry Industry environment in the same role. Strong written and spoken of English. Computer literate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Strong analytical and mathematical skills Ability to determine percent error, variance, standard deviations, correlation and regressions, and dilution calculations. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and methods and make recommendations for corrective action. Excellent in both oral and written Communication skills Fluent in Microbiology analytical methodologies, techniques and procedures. 6. Ability to effectively lead and manage teams Ability to multi-task and work quickly while maintaining accuracy. Ability to effectively educate and train employees. Good in Leader-follower relationship, a Team player and with high moral values. .
